The consultancy is led by Stacey Weiser, a local heritage consultant with a great passion for heritage properties, 30+ years’ worth of experience in the field, and a deep understanding of building conservation. I am Stacey Weiser, Director and Founder of Weiser Heritage Consultancy. With a background in historic building conservation, interior architecture and design, I bring over 30 years experience to support clients with listed buildings and heritage assets across the East of England.

I work with clients on a range of different projects, helping them ensure that any change to a historic environment is carefully considered, offering a pragmatic approach to ensure the least harmful outcome.
Whether your property is commercial or residential, medieval or Victorian, I have the experience and knowledge to enable you to make informed decisions. From preparing listed building applications, to acting as the heritage lead in multidisciplinary teams, I tailor my services to meet your heritage project needs.

Heritage Impact Assessments
These HIA reports assess any heritage assets located adjacent to a proposal site. If you project is in a conservation area or adjacent to heritage assets, such as listed buildings, this information is used to inform the proposal, in light of any potential harm to the asset's setting or character.

Every project begins with a phone call or email. During our initial conversation, I’ll gain an understanding of your vision and assess the feasibility of your project. I’ll take notes, and then we’ll schedule a site visit.

Site Visit and Assessment
There’s only so much information I can gather from a phone call or email. A site visit allows me to thoroughly evaluate the property, discuss your proposals, and identify opportunities or concerns.

Research and Reporting
I begin my research phase by conducting an in-depth analysis, assessing historical context, planning history, and significance assessments. I can then create a detailed report that builds a strong narrative supporting your proposal.
